I've previously been here several times to have my eyebrows done and every time it was great. I booked in again to have my nails and eyebrows done, I had to wait 40MINUTES for someone to do my nails (you weren't extremely busy either) whilst my nails were being done the lady didn't say a single word to me other than asking me what shape I wanted. Then when it came to my eyebrows the wax was so hot it felt like my skin was burning, the next day my skin is still extremely red and sore to touch. I'm extremely disappointed in this days service and won't be coming back here again.

My nails always turn out exactly how I wanted, Sarah in particular does a fantastic job! I would recommend this nail spa to anyone.
