  why i say hungry is because after i got the inspections done we decided to rescind on the property and asked for our 0.25% $1850 to be refunded as this vital information was not disclosed to us. The vendor rang my pest control company that did the inspection to talk about the report and that he wanted to cross reference with the 4 REPORTS that he had MMMMMMMMMM sounding sus already right????

  Well we nearly fell over with what the inspections revealed apart from all the repairs that needed fixing/replacing the biggest was that the TERMITE DAMAGE WAS STILL IN THE ROOF AND ONE WALL CAVITY! OMG! According to the Real Estate Institution of Australia EVERY house that is now sold you as a vendor MUST disclose this to your agent and that agent has a responsibility to disclose to the purchaser.

  The vendor disclosed to my pestie that the first report was from when he bought the house 3 and half years ago the second report was a maintenance report the third report was a thermal imaging report and the fourth was from the previous purchaser PRIOR to me, oh and guess what they also rescinded. The vendor disclosed to the pestie that the previous sale fell through because of Termites but according to the phone call i received from Michelle O'Connell at Combined Realty she said is was due to their finance so who is LYING!! The vendor also started that he was told by his previous owner that the Termite damage was FIXED my pestie said that's a lie because if that was the case how did the damage get in the roof between then and now CONSTRICTIVE!!!!
